Higher control reducing expensive cabling
Just a few online validation points, "Smart Validators", located in strategic areas (staff entrance, car park etc.), to manage all the staff, avoiding expensive totally hard wired system.

Smart Validator: for staff validation
Smart Validators are reading/writing access control units wired to the central unit (my or mymobile).
Access rights of active cards has to be validated to enter the locks, according to a temporal frequency established by management. This simple validation procedure allows management to deny access throughout the hotel locks to staff cards out of access rights (lost, stolen, invalidated cards, etc.) directly from the central unit without going to each lock!

Remote reprogramming
The access plan of every member of the staff (access areas and timetables, as set by management) can be updated directly by the central unit through "Smart Validators". It is no longer necessary to waste time recollecting staff cards in order to reprogram them.

On-line Audit trail
Meanwhile validation staff cards is performed, it is possible to transfer from the "Smart Validator" to the central unit the audit trail of all events recorded on X-key. In this way all the staff can be practically monitored in real time, according to predefined time shifts set by hotel management. Without hard wiring all the locks.
