CISA is currently certified in compliance with ISO 9001 for the “Design, Manufacture, and Distribution of Mechanical and Electronic Security and Safety Devices”.
The first certificate was obtained in 1998. Committed to implementing efficient management systems in 2009 and 2010 CISA increased its Management System certifications by adding the following Environmental, against UNI EN ISO 14001 and Occupational Health and Safety, against BS OHSAS 18001 (currently ISO 45001), both for the scope “Design, Manufacture and Distrubitoon of Mechanical and Electronic Security and Safety Devices”.
In 2012 CISA also achieved ISO 50001 certification for energy efficiency.
This important accomplishment is down to CISA's commitment and its processes to continually improve, to make the workplace a safer place for everyone, day after day, and to continuously improve its sustainability performance.
Management Systems Certifications
Authorised Economic Operator
CISA has been awarded the Authorised Economic Operator certificate (AEO Full). AEO is an internationally recognised customs certification.
CISA will benefit from streamlined external customs procedures, significantly reducing tax and document controls, obtaining priority in customs clearance operations, centralising and simplifying customs declarations.
