  • No, there isn't a master combination that will open all safes.

I've lost all the safe keys, can I get a duplicate copy?

  • It is impossible to trace the bitting of your key so you cannot get a duplicate copy.
  • If the safe is open, you will have to change the mechanical lock.

After I enter the combination, the red light stays on for about a minute and I can't open the safe.

  • You have entered the wrong combination.

When I enter the combination, no lights go on.

  • Power the safe externally using the cable provided, a battery holder with 6 AA batteries (item 107114000) and 6 new AA alkaline bateries, and enter the combination. Do not use universal power supplies or power supplies that are connected to the mains.

Can I use a universal power supply or power supplies that are connected to the mains to power the safe externally?

  • No, because the voltage delivered by power supplies of this kind is usually higher than the declared voltage, so they could damage the electronic board.
